Eduardo Boccuzzi is the founding partner of Boccuzzi Advogados Associados, where he works in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, banking law, capital markets and tax law.
In 2010, the magazine Global Law Experts named him a recommended professional in the mergers and acquisitions area in Brazil.
He graduated from the University of São Paulo Law School in 1989 and has pursued further study at the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies at London University and at London Guildhall University.
He has worked at the London office of Denton Wilde Sapte. He is a member of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association and the Banking Law Committee of the São Paulo section of the Brazilian Bar Association. He also serves as legal adviser to the Association of Capital Market Analysts and Investment Professionals (Associação dos Analistas e Profissionais de Investimento do Mercado de Capitais), or Apimec, where he is a member of the ethics committee.
He is co-author of the Brazilian chapter of the book "International Corporate Law Compendium".

Alfeu Alves Pinto joined us as a partner in 2000 and has been responsible for the civil and commercial litigation area since that time.
He received a law degree from United Metropolitan Faculties in 1974 and has pursued graduate-level specialization courses in tax law at both the University of São Paulo and Catholic University.
He has been a member of the board of directors at some of Brazils most important companies. He has also been in-house counsel for trade associations such as the Brazilian Association of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Heating (Associação Brasileira de Refrigeração, Ar Condicionado, Ventilação e Aquecimento), or ABRAVA, and the Refrigeration, Heating and Air Treatment Industries Union of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Sindicato das Indústrias de Refrigeração, Aquecimento e Tratamento de Ar do Estado do Rio de Janeiro), or Sindratar.
He is a member of the Brazilian Tax Law Institute, the São Paulo Lawyers Association, the International Bar Association and the Turnaround Management Association.
He lectures on commercial and business law.

Rogério Pires da Silva became a partner at Boccuzzi Advogados Associados in 2005. He works in the tax law area, providing tax planning advice and litigating tax issues for our clients.
His interest and talent in tax matters were recognized in 1989, when a monograph he wrote received an award. He graduated from the Mackenzie University Law School in 1990 and, three years later, another work he wrote received an award, this time from the Income Tax Auditing Study Center (Centro de Estudos da Fiscalização do Imposto de Renda).
He received a masters degree in tax law from the University of São Paulo in 1995. Two years later he began a graduate-level specialization course in economic and business law at the FGV University in Rio de Janeiro.
He was a professor of tax law from 1994 to 1997 at Paulista University. He continues to be active in scholarship through print and Internet articles and as a guest speaker in university courses.
Before joining Boccuzzi Advogados Associados, he worked at Coopers & Lybrand, Autolatina, Philip Morris and Alpargatas.
He is a member of the Tax Matters Committee of the São Paulo section of the Brazilian Bar Association. He is a member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association, the Brazilian Association of Financial Law, the Brazilian Tax Planning Institute and the International Fiscal Association.

Marco Ferreira Orlandi graduated from the University of São Paulo Law School in 1999 and studied in the international law masters degree program at the Lyon 3 University Law School in France. He joined us as a law clerk in 1996 and grew with us as a professional, becoming an associate in 2000 and a partner in 2005.
He now works in the corporate, commercial, banking, mergers and acquisitions, technology and arbitration law areas.
He has been a member of the International Young Lawyers Association since 2007, where he is a member of the corporate acquisition and joint ventures and international business law committees.
He was appointed a Young Ambassador by the Lyon Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the corporate law committee of the Lawyers Societies Study Center (Centro de Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados), or Cesa.
Vito Antonio Boccuzzi Neto
Vito Antonio Boccuzzi Neto joined our firm as partner in 2017 to work in civil litigation, judicial and out-of-court recovery.
Graduated in 1988 from the Law School of PUC-SP, with a specialization degree in Corporate Law from Mackenzie-SP and master degree in Social Relationship Law from PUC-SP. He studied financial institution administration (banking) and management of legal services at FGV-SP, as well as corporate governance at FIPECAFI.
Before joining Boccuzzi Advogados Associados, he worked for 35 years in Banco do Brasil S/A, of which the last 24 years in the legal department. He has worked as general manager of the Legal Department of Banco do Brasil in the State of São Paulo, and as consultant of the Legal Board of Banco do Brasil, responsible for structured operations (project finance and corporate finance), capital market, resources management, judicial and out-of-court recovery.
He has been professor of civil litigation in Brazilian universities (UNIABC and METROCAMP) and is author and co-author of legal books and papers in specialized law reviews. He lectures on civil law and civil litigation law.
Member of the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP) since 1990.

Aline Hungaro Cunha
Graduated from the USP in 2007, Aline Hungaro Cunha joined us in 2008, as an law clerk, and made all her career in the office, becoming a
partner in 2014. Wrote chapters for the book Tax Planning and Negotiation Purpose
and published articles in specialized websites in Law.
Acts in civil litigation in cases involving banking law and bankruptcy.
